## What is RockDAO?

Anyone who owns a RockDAO Rock is a member of RockDAO.

One Rock equals one vote.

* Founding community of Solana Developers, Artists, and Whales.
* [RockDAO Discord](https://discord.io/RockDAO) where holders can discuss & vote on DAO activities.

## How does RockDAO work?

The RockDAO is unique in the sense that 90% of the value that comes from the NFTs minted will be captured by the members and contributors of the DAO.

Here is the structure in which the proceeds from sales are broken down.

* 50% of sales goes back into the RockDAO treasury.
* 25% of sales to the artists who made the rocks.
* 15% of sales to RockDAO members.
* 10% of sales to [Ninja Protocol](https://ninjaprotocol.io) for infrastructure/support.

All rocks will be distributed by English auction.

## Rock Treasury

* Members will vote on how the treasury will be spent to bring more value to RockDAO.
* RockDAO treasury is maintained/managed by RockDAO.
